The organizing committee has reserved a limited number of rooms at the venue, which will be allotted to delegates on a first-come, first-served basis at concessional rates.
As Mamallapuram is a renowned international tourist destination, several other hotels are available in close proximity to the venue.
Delegates are strongly advised to secure their accommodation well in advance, as demand is expected to be high closer to the event.
